Alan Awilkadir is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary leader who is passionate about education and its role in promoting sustainable well-being. Currently, he is pursuing a doctoral degree at Estonian Business School, where he is investigating the ethics of artificial intelligence and its impact on human life. With an MBA in International Management and Leadership and alumni status from Harvard Business School, Alan brings a wealth of expertise to the field of ethics and morality.

With over 20 years of experience in management and leadership, Alan has a background in Telecom, IT, and Media. He believes in servant leadership and demonstrated this as a founding member of Asiacell, where he played a crucial role in growing the company and serving its 15 million subscribers, and achieving a capital of 4 billion.
In addition, Alan has made a significant impact as the founder and co-founder of several successful startups, pioneering new and innovative solutions in their respective industries.


Alan is dedicated to giving back to the community and has served on several nonprofit boards, including the Kurdistan Public Speaking Academy, the American University of Iraq- Sulaymaniyah Alumni Association, the World Spiritual Foundation, and the International School of Estonia.
